Per specification section 00 52 13 the contract duration is 60 calendar days. Per the plans and cited General Mechanical and HVAC sections the HVAC equipment is supplied and installed by the contractor. If the equipment is not OFCI and scheduled for delivery early in the project, the lead times associated with it subsequent to approved submittals will far exceed the contract duration. We are currently seeing lead times on CRAC equipment in excess of 40 weeks. Some of the information on this single line diagram conflicts with the other single line diagram (sheet E1.1). For example the internal services department plans show the diesel generator as furnished and installed by contractor, which is incorrect according to sheet E1.1 single line diagram.
