Fresno County Fruit Trail – Celebrating 21 Fruitful Seasons
Opening Ceremony on May 23rd showcases trail offerings and celebrates Fresno County Agriculture
Fresno County is celebrating the 21st season of the Fresno County Fruit Trail with an opening ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the Vineyard Farmers Market, 100 W. Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA.
Farm stands and stores are already featuring the best fresh-picked strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, and nectarines to the delight of the fruit-loving public. The Fresno County Fruit Trail is similar to a wine trail and features a drive through the countryside with stops permitting visitors to taste and purchase the very best local produce fresh from the farm. The Trail is a cooperative public and private partnership that brings together the County of Fresno, partner cities, member stops, and trail partners.
Fresno County Fruit Trail visitors can find updated trail information online at www.gofruittrail.com or follow the Fruit Trail on Twitter (@gofruittrail), allowing visitors and local fruit lovers easy access to the latest news on trail offerings and available fresh produce. Fruit Trail maps can be found online at member stands/stores, chambers of commerce, and visitor centers throughout eastern Fresno County.
