Neighborhood Resource Centers

Neighborhood Resource Centers (NRCs) are a valuable resource for families, assisting in the prevention of child abuse while supporting families and increasing the safety and well-being of children.

Speaker's Bureau

Need a speaker?

If you are a committee organization or business interested in obtaining a speaker by Programs offered by the Fresno County Department of Social Services, we are pleased to offer a professional Speaker’s Bureau as a free community service. Speakers from our organization are available to give presentations on a wide variety of topics including public assistance programs, adult services, and more. Presentations are available in Spanish and other Southeast Asian Languages.
