New EBT Cards are Coming

• New chip/tap features and personal information moved to the back of the card
• These new features will help protect your benefits from fraud and unauthorized use
• Benefits will remain the same, and you can still use your EBT card in the same places

• Your replacement card will automatically be sent to you and will be active after first use
• Activation must occur within 45 days after receiving the replacement card
• After activating your new EBT card, destroy the old one by cutting or shredding right away
