Item 2 - UNCLASSIFIED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 3749 and INITIAL STUDY NO. 8281 filed by JERRY BERLIN proposing to allow a solid waste processing facility for the recycling of well drilling mud on portions of a 5.16-acre parcel and a contiguous 12.44- acre parcel in the AL-20 (Limited Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The subject parcels are located on the north side of Kings Canyon/State Route 180, 100-feet east of N. Valentine Ave., the City of Fresno lies north of the subject site (APNs: 326-150-18, 28, & 30) (Sup. Dist. 1).

Item 3 - POSTPONED VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 4148 filed by AUDREY OLIVER proposing to allow the creation of two substandard sized parcels, a 5.18 acre, and a 4.49 acre parcel from an existing 9.67 acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of W. Jensen Ave. and S. Blythe Ave, approximately 1.5 miles west-southwest of the nearest city limits of the City of Fresno (APN: 327-110-62, 61) (1723 & 1769 S. Blythe Ave.) (Sup. Dist. 1).
