Item 1 - Unclassified Conditional Use Permit Application No. 3686 – First One-Year Time Extension filed by Nicholas Rowe proposing to grant a first one-year time extension to allow the use of a "High Intensity Park" for the purpose of establishing a waterski club and events venue on an existing waterskiing lake in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project site is located on the south side of Belmont Ave. approximately 2,000 feet east of Del Rey Ave, approximately two miles North of the City of Sanger (APN: 314-031-73 & 74) (505 W. Indianola Ave) (Sup. Dist. 5).
NOTE: The sole purpose of the public hearing is to address the time extension request.

Item 2 - Amendment Application No. 3851 and Initial Study No. 8312 filed by Steve Bains proposing to rezone the subject 16.89-acre parcel from the AL-20 (Limited Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District to an R-R (Rural Residential, two-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District, to facilitate a future mapping procedure to create five parcels from the subject parcel that will each have a minimum parcel size of two acres. The project site is located on the southeast corner of E. Herndon Ave. and N. Highland Ave., approximately 0.8-miles north of the City of Clovis (APN: 308-280-63) (9045 E. Herndon Ave.) (Sup. Dist. 5).
