Proposing a Zone Code Text Amendment of the Fresno County Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance) modifying the text of the Ordinance to address certain programs of the 5th Cycle Housing Element and other state-mandated modifications related to employee and farmworker housing to meet the requirements of State Law including Health and Safety Code Sections 17008 and 17021.6. The proposed amendments are effective countywide.
