Requests for clarification of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be submitted on this form. Any change or clarification of the RFQ shall be in the form of a written addendum issued to planholders of record. Consultants requesting clarification shall complete the following:

All requests for clarifications and questions regarding this RFQ shall be in writing and shall be received by the Department of Public Works and Planning, Design Division, no later than 4:00 P.M., October 25, 2024.

Entering a question will add you to the planholders list for this project. Some requests may be addressed officially in an addendum. Responses are also posted as they become available under “Requests for Clarification Responses” on the project website.
