All requests for substitutions and questions regarding this RFQ shall be in writing and shall be received by the Department of Public Works and Planning, Design Division, no later than the seventh (7th) calendar day prior to submittal deadline.

Entering a question will add you to the notification list for this project. Some requests may be addressed officially in an addendum. Responses are also posted as they become available under "Requests for Clarification Responses" on the RFQ website.
