These paraphrased questions and associated responses are not part of the contract documents and shall have no bearing whatsoever on the interpretation of the Standard Specifications, the Standard Plans, the Special Provisions, or the Plans. Nor shall they have any bearing whatsoever on the interpretation of other publications referenced therein.

Questions without answers may be posted here to indicate that we have received them before the deadline, and we intend to respond.

The Channel Cross Sections are posted on the project website under "Supplemental Information". Response date: 06/26/2024

Please provide Builder’s All-Risk Requirements as there are no details included in the specifications. However, there is a separate line item for Builder’s All-Risk Insurance for each location within the Bid. (RFC 2707-3 submitted 7/1/2024)

As-Built Plans for Reedley Main Canal and Travers Creek Parlier have been posted to the website under Supplemental Information. As-Builts for Travers Creek Lincoln are unavailable. Response date: 07/03/2024

Specification No. 2-1.06B Supplemental Project Information
Section 2-1.06B Supplemental Project Information states there are documents available on the Design Services webpage. However, after a search of the webpage we have been unable to locate the documents. Please provide these documents for bidder's use. (RFC 2707-6 submitted 7/3/2024)
