I read the specifications and need some information regarding the slurry seal areas. There are measurements provided for the chip seal areas. I could not find any measurements provided for the slurry seal areas. Did I miss something and if so, can you direct me where to find them? Contractors need the square yardage to accurately calculate production and determine spread rates in the areas. Without this information bids can be inaccurate or inflated. If the information is not in the specification already, can you please provide this information so we can determine our productions and give the County the most cost-effective bid. (RFC 2406-2, 2406-3 submitted 8/15/2024)

Measurements are provided in the Project Details Section. The length and the average width for location S5A are 3540 ft and 24 ft respectively. Response date: 08/21/2024

Specification No. 8-1.04B
What is the anticipated notice to proceed? (RFC 2406-4 submitted 8/20/2024)

Specification No. 8-1.04 Start of Job Site Activities
Based on the bid date and award timeline is it anticipated that due to weather concerns once project is awarded that this work would be performed Spring 2025? (RFC 2406-5 submitted 8/21/2024)
