These paraphrased questions and associated responses are not part of the contract documents and shall have no bearing whatsoever on the interpretation of the Standard Specifications, the Standard Plans, the Special Provisions, or the Plans. Nor shall they have any bearing whatsoever on the interpretation of other publications referenced therein.

What exactly is the County looking for regarding "Clearing and Grubbing"? (RFC 2310-1 submitted 03/12/2024)

The work involved in “Clearing and Grubbing” includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, equipment, incidentals and related items necessary to remove and dispose objectionable materials from the edge line striping work area such as vegetation and accumulated dirt as specified in the Standard Specifications Section 17-2.01.
