Contractor is responsible for building access roads to the ponds if necessary. Soil for the access roads can be borrowed from the areas adjacent to the pond, immediately outside the fence. Contractor shall not leave depressions deeper than 12” in areas where borrow was obtained. Response date: 04/12/2022

In the event we have a hard copy submittal for our bid bond, I am wondering if there is an official form provided for the bid security within the documents? Or will a general form from our surety company suffice? (RFC 52692 submitted 4/11/2023)
The bid bond itself can be issued by the surety insurer. The section of the electronic solicitation or hardcopy bid, “Bid Security,” - Section 00 43 13 should be filled out with information regarding the bid bond by the bidder. Response date: 04/24/2023
