If we submit our factor and then the material prices skyrocket, will that be factored in later during the review?  (RFC 52250 submitted 3/21/2023)

Will contractors be using the eGordian web-based platform/app?  (RFC 52256 submitted 3/21/2023)

Yes, contractors will be using the eGordian web-based platform. Response date: 03/22/2023

If awarded, contractors must provide a bond in the amount that may possibly be awarded to them, but if there’s no work, is there a clause in the agreement that reimburses the bond? What is the amount of the bond that will need to be provided?  (RFC 52269 submitted 3/21/2023)   

There will be no reimbursement for bonds. Refer to the Notice to Bidders under “Minimum and Maximum Contract Values” for bond amounts. Response date: 03/22/2023 

What is the amount of the bid bond that the contractor has to provide at the time of bidding?   (RFC 52285  submitted 3/22/2023)   

The amount of the bid bond is $25,000. See Addendum #1. Response date: 04/05/2023
