The following list is comprised of paraphrased Requests for Clarification (RFC) submitted by potential bidders or sub-bidders in writing via email, letter, and the Request for Clarification Form (archived).

These paraphrased questions and associated responses are not part of the contract documents and shall have no bearing whatsoever on the interpretation of the Standard Specifications, the Standard Plans, the Special Provisions, or the Plans. Nor shall they have any bearing whatsoever on the interpretation of other publications referenced therein.

Questions without answers may be posted here to indicate that we have received them before the deadline and we intend to respond.

Once added to the planholders list, will we get access to the plans and specs? The project is not listed on Bid Express. Please advise. (RFC 53076 submitted 5/10/2023)

Once the Specifications are posted to the website, the Bid Express solicitation will also be posted. The plans, specifications, and Bid Express solicitation have been posted. Response date: 05/10/2023, revised 05/11/2023

Specification calls for a TYPE 3 Slurry, however tons relate to a TYPE 2 Slurry. The project is a major overrun with application rates of TYPE 3 Slurry. (RFC 2211-3 submitted 6/06/2023)
