Yes, there are errors in the numbering of the bid item list but not in the items or quantities. The errors have been corrected in Addendum 1. Response date: 04/25/2022
Does the County have a Parent Permit in hand for the required Caltrans Encroachment Permit? (RFC 47155 submitted 4/25/2022)

Is there a cure time between the crackseal application and chip seal? Fresh crackseal has the tendency to bleed or reflect through. (RFC 47214 submitted 4/28/2022)
The crack treatment must be fully completed before emulsion is applied. The fog seal will mask most bleeding or reflecting. Response date: 04/29/2022
