Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)
Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) are health centers funded by the federal government to provide primary care services. The centers below each offer several services which may include medical, dental, behavioral health, and women's health. FQHCs often provide their services on a sliding fee scale based on patient's ability to pay or take Medi-Cal and some private insurance.
