Our Goal   

The goal of CalFresh Healthy Living (Formerly Champions for Change) is to help make the healthy choice the easy choice in Fresno County. CalFresh Healthy Living empowers residents by:

• Increasing access to healthy foods and beverages
• Increasing access to physical activity opportunities
• Decreasing the appeal and consumption of unhealthy foods and beverages
• Decreasing barriers to daily physical activity opportunities

Targeted Communities

Although CalFresh Healthy Living provides services throughout the County of Fresno, we are specifically targeting the six communities of Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, Kerman, Southwest Fresno, and Lowell.
