  • August 14, 2019: Last day for extended filing period if incumbent fails to file
  • September 6, 2019 to September 21, 2019: Issue ballots to military and oversees voters
  • October 2, 2019: County Voter Information Guides in mail
  • October 7, 2019: First day of early voting; permanent vote-by-mail ballots mailed if you do not receive your vote-by-mail ballot by October 14, 2019, call 600-VOTE
  • October 21, 2019: Close of registration for this election
  • October 22, 2019 to November 5, 2019:  Conditional Voter Registration; in person at the County Clerk’s office at 2221 Kern Street, Fresno, CA 93721 
  • October 29, 2019: Last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot
  • November 5, 2019:  Election Day, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
