Plan Administration oversees the mental health plan for Fresno County's Medi-Cal beneficiaries who receive services from our network of private licensed mental health practitioners. The Department of Behavioral Health has contracts with over 100 private providers in Fresno County to offer mental health services for youth up to 18 years old and adult patients.
