The California State Department of Health Care Services has suggested that county Mental Health Plans should ensure they and their contractors screen exclusion and suspension sanction lists on a monthly basis.
Beginning June 1, 2015, Fresno County Mental Health Plan requires all agencies to complete a monthly Ineligible Persons screening for all their staff that work under a contract agreement with the County.
