Q: How many hours do I need to renew my Private Applicator Certificate?
A: As follows: 6 total hours of continuing education must be completed within the certificate period – 2 hours must be in Laws and Regulations.
Q: How do I add an authorized representative to my Restricted Materials Permit or Operator Identification Number?
A: A Letter of Authorization (LOA) must be completed and signed by both the property operator and the person who will be the Authorized Representative. The LOA may then be turned in to our Main office or any District office.

Q: How do I get a license to sell nursery stock?
A: A Nursery License Application must be completed and sent to the California Department of Food and Agricultural with the appropriate fee.
